Camp Travelhick consists of 50+ acres of land near the Alabama-Georgia border in Eufaula, AL. If you enjoy nature, fishing, hunting, target shooting, hiking, ATV trails or even relaxing and sleeping, then you have found your new favorite private campground.

Pets are always welcome at Camp Travelhick. Families want to enjoy camping with their pets, however, many campgrounds place so many restrictions on pets that our fur babies do not go or can't enjoy the trip due to those restrictions. At Camp Travelhick, our fully enclosed private campground allows your pets to run as free as you are comfortable with.

I stayed long term at this location. The place is private and peaceful. Has a great covered cookout pavilion with fans and lighting. Easy walk or drive to fishing pond which has a great covered dock. Great place to relax and unwind. The fenced in area was great for my dogs to run and play without worry of them escaping. Just a few mins to town with lots of dining and shopping. Definitely a great spot. I highly recommend!

I was looking for a secluded campground to unwind, and Camp Travelhick exceeded all expectations. The camper connections were better than most other parks that I have visited. Walking a few of the numerous trails through the woods was a delightful experience. The pond was serene and peaceful, and I took a book to the boat dock to read and relax in the solitude with nature as the soundtrack. When I felt like going out to eat, David recommended a terrific Mexican restaurant. I hadn’t been to that part of Alabama before but I will return in the future for a lengthier stay at this campground.
